Hi my name is Nita! This is the website I made for people who want to get moving! well I am going to give you guys some tips. Lets get started!! The first tip is pretty basic! First get started with a warm up. Maybe a stretch video on YouTube may help you get started with your movement! Watch some exercising videos every other day to get your body more used to the movement. second thing, maybe you want to take dance classes to get moving. well that’s a great way to get your exercising moved in!!! my tip for that is first watch a dance video or you can go to a link called http://thespace.tv Space TV is a fun dance app. you can do different styles including Ballet,Hiphop,Jazz,Ballroom,contemporary and much more! I used this app to start my dancing career super fun and try it out! Now for the third tip is that you don’t want to hurt yourself to much. So maybe do some yoga and set up a routine that you can do and set up a good pace. Just don’t put too much pressure on to your body. Now before the last step is of course you don’t have to follow this I’m just giving you some tips and nice movements. For the last tip is to have fun and choose the right choice the right movement the right pace and I hope you Have Fun getting your exercises moved in!!!!!
